Villa I and Villa II are located just a breath away from the main town and the most beautiful coastline of the northeast side of Paros Island. In a plot area of 8060 sqm, the two residences of 382 sqm and 357 sqm, were studied and placed in a way that one is the extension of the other, while also maintaining a distance from each other, in order to ensure optimal view towards the Agioi Anargyroi bay and maximum privacy. The outdoor configuration of the residences is organized in two levels, which follows the topography of the plot and allows nature to dynamically penetrate at various points, achieving a smooth coexistence of hard and soft surfaces. There are semi-outdoor areas on the upper level, covered by a canopy of metal and bamboo. These can protect them by the sun and allows them to function as expansion of the interior. Unified linear canopies towards the main façade, paving and common color of the final coating, internally and externally, expand the limits of each residence. At the same time, the scenery always prevails. The simplicity of the building complex in terms of exterior and interior design, aim to highlight the transcendence of the Cycladic scenery.

Σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την καρδιά του νησιού και τις ομορφότερες ακτές της βορειοανατολικής Πάρου μελετήθηκαν οι κατοικίες Villa I και Villa II. Σε οικόπεδο 8060 τ.μ. οι δύο κατοικίες συνολικής δόμησης 382 τ.μ. και 357 τ.μ. αντίστοιχα, τοποθετούνται σε συνέχεια η μία της άλλης, αλλά και με απόσταση μεταξύ τους, ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται η βέλτιστη θέα προς τον κόλπο των Αγίων Αναργύρων, αλλά και η μέγιστη δυνατή ιδιωτικότητα. Η υπαίθρια διαμόρφωση των κατοικιών οργανώνεται σε δύο στάθμες, η οποία ακολουθεί το ανάγλυφο του οικοπέδου και επιτρέπει στην φύση να εισχωρεί δυναμικά σε διάφορα σημεία, επιτυγχάνοντας ομαλή συνύπαρξη σκληρής και μαλακής επιφάνειας. Οι κατοικίες ενοποιούνται οπτικά με την βοήθεια ενός ενιαίου γραμμικού στεγάστρου, από μέταλλο και καλαμωτή. Έτσι, τα ενοποιημένα γραμμικά στέγαστρα, τα ενιαία δάπεδα και χρωματισμοί των επιχρισμάτων, εντός και εκτός της κατοικίας, διευρύνουν τα όρια της κατοικίας, ενώ πρωταγωνιστής καθίσταται το ίδιο το τοπίο. Η απλότητα του κτιριακού συνόλου και της εσωτερικής σχεδίασης στοχεύουν στην ανάδειξη της υπεροχής του κυκλαδίτικου τοπίου.
