Enisa HQ

The whole project for the new offices of ENISA in Athens, consists of a Ground floor, a mezzanine and 2 floors, almost 2.300 sqm in total. The Ground floor hosts the reception, 2 meeting rooms, the main conference room with a foyer, 3 rooms for office use, a storage room and WC. The other three levels are reserved exclusively for office use. On the Ground floor the dark grey woven vinyl floor prevails. The walls, the false ceiling at the entrance and the main corridor leading to the main Conference Room, are painted in the same dark grey color, giving the illusion of being inside a grey box. All the above create a unique background for the “total white entities” of the furniture and the lighting. At the center of the plan the main volume is covered externally with moss. The vertical garden in “wasabi” color, in combination with the dark grey and white elements, are specifically designed to improve the working environment. The two meeting rooms running alongside the moss wall, are separated from the corridor by transparent partitions consisted of steel frame and glass. The reception desk is covered in white Thasos marble with 3d wave finishing and includes a shelf, made of oak wood with similar geometry. This fluid concept for the reception desk is lining up with the approach of linear design of the whole project.

Τα νέα γραφεία της ENISA στην Αθήνα, καταλαμβάνουν συνολικά περίπου 2.300 τ.μ. και αποτελούνται από το Ισόγειο, έναν ημιώροφο και ακόμη δύο ορόφους. Το Ισόγειο φιλοξενεί την κεντρική υποδοχή, δύο χώρους συνεδριάσεων με φουαγιέ, τρία κλειστά γραφεία, αποθήκες και WC. Οι υπόλοιποι όροφοι αποτελούνται αποκλειστικά από γραφεία. Στο Ισόγειο το σκούρο γκρι πλεκτό βινυλικό δάπεδο κυριαρχεί. Οι τοίχοι, η ψευδοροφή στην είσοδο και ο κύριος διάδρομος προς τους χώρους συνεδριάσεων, βάφονται στο ίδιο σκούρο γκρι χρώμα, δίνοντας την ψευδαίσθηση της ύπαρξης ενός ενιαίου γκρίζου κουτιού. Όλα τα παραπάνω δημιουργούν ένα ξεχωριστό φόντο για τις «λευκές ενότητες» των επίπλων και του φωτισμού. Στο κέντρο της κάτοψης ο κλειστός όγκος καλύπτεται εξωτερικά από moss. Συνδυαστικά, ο κατακόρυφος αυτός πράσινος κήπος, τα σκούρα γκρι και τα λευκά στοιχεία, συμβάλλουν στην ανάδειξη ενός ποιοτικού εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος. Οι δύο χώροι συνεδριάσεων που διατάσσονται κατά μήκος του τοίχου από moss, οριοθετούνται μέσω διάφανων τοίχων, αποτελούμενων από μεταλλικά πλαίσια και γυαλιά. Το γραφείο της υποδοχής επενδύεται με λευκό μάρμαρο Θάσου με λαξευμένους τρισδιάστατους κυματισμούς, ενώ από αυτό εξέχει ένα ράφι δρύινο με παρόμοια γεωμετρία. Αυτός ο ροϊκός σχεδιασμός της Υποδοχής, συνάδει και αναδεικνύει τον γραμμικό σχεδιασμό του συνόλου του έργου.
